There are three ways to store a portable workspace to be executed on the local PC: the basic method is to store MyPWS workspace along with application programs on the MP3P device through dPWS; it can also be backed up on the local hard-disk on PC, or it can be stored on the user¡¯s personal account on the web-hard.

MyPWS Player is a player that not only executes e-mail, messenger, and office programs stored on the personal portable workspace but also executes documents, media etc. The player can be executed within the limits of the application programs stored on dPWS. The player provides a function for listing, executing, and searching application programs executable on the portable space, and a function for finding and executing an application program when a file is double-clicked.

MyPWS Manager is a space for building and arranging programs, documents, media, etc... from the workspace. Moreover, the manager has the function of storing information and programs in MyPWS onto the dPWS device as well as the iPWS server account.

Import MyApps, MyDocs, MyPics, Font, Profile Profile is the process by which data is imported from an external desktop to the portable desktop.  Build MyApps is the process of packaging a new App.  Arrange provides a method for arranging documents, files, programs, etc. on the portable workspace according to personal taste. Can be sorted according to developers or contents.  Share & Stream allows sharing of public software from my PWS with others, and makes the sharing streamable (stream is required on the server), thereby uploading onto the server's shared folder.  BurnCDs burn your MyPWS onto a CD when you want it permanently stored.  Sync with dPWS dynamically stores information stored on MyPWS onto MP3P device. The information being stored includes full documents, files, and application programs stored on MyPWS.  Sync with iPWS dynamically stores information from MyPWS onto iPWS. Here, the information, centered on personal information such as full documents, files, etc. from MyPWS, is stored on the internet server's personal account.  Backup MyPWS backups information stored on MyPWS onto the local HDD of the PC that the user normal uses.
